Once your order has been shipped, KA1ZEN is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

• Please allow 24–48 hours for delivery (carriers may mark packages early)
• Check with neighbors, household members, or leasing offices
• Contact your local post office for more details

KA1ZEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist with any information needed for your claim.
